What is the best over the counter acne cream or somthing you can get?

They are all mostly based on peroxide,I might chose Panoxyl.The next step is prescribed antibiotics,either orally or as topical applications. Which of these is the most effective is debatable,but my choice would be minocycline or lymecycline.What is the best over the counter acne cream or somthing you can get?
Over the counter stuff is not usually very effective on acne. It may improve but not completely cure it if you use the general clearasil but it seems to work on skin that is a little spotty rather than acne that is not related to cleanliness.





I would say go to the doctors - a very effective treatment is called Roacutane. It really works but the side effects may be a consideration. This medication can only be taken once and is very effective in those it works for - it literally can make acne go away.
