I am about 6 weeks pregnant. My pregnancy guide book said that acne medications with Benzoyl Peroxide and some acids are not usually reccommended because the effects are not known. Does anyone know of anything that is safe to use? Sorry this is my first pregnancy so I'm trying to be extra careful but my face is really breaking out.
