Best over-the-counter spot cream?

i have an oily T-zone and although i occasionally get spots, they are huge and rather embarrassing

so many spot creams to choose from, all promising amazing results but what actually works and in the quickest time.Best over-the-counter spot cream?
I'm a holistic nutritionist and the product line I recommend to my clients that are dealing with skin issues, including acne, is ONEgroup's Miessence certified organic products. Their spot treatment, Purifying Blemish Gel, works very, very well both for teen acne or adult acne or adult cyclical type acne. It isn't inexpensive but it works well, is healthy for your body and does the trick quickly!Best over-the-counter spot cream?
the freederm range is really really god and not too expensive. but if you are willing to spend more i would really recomend dermalogica it really works wonders. you can get it a bit cheeper form jerseybeautycompany.co.uk as there is no tax and shipping is included in the price displayed also on. i would recomend the active moist moisturiser as it espescially for oily skin you can see a range for you skin type on that web site. good luck i hope this helps!
I've found very few that actually do work, some just make it worse, some just hurt like hell and others do absolutely nothing. Try steaming, it worked pretty well for me, get a big bowl or something, or just boil your kettle and fill up a sink real quick, put your head over, and put a towel over the back of your head and the rim of the bowl/sink.

Sit their for like 10mins no matter how hot and uncomfortable you get (unless you feel like you're about to pass out or something)

It works pretty well, but don't do it to often, its kinda heavy on the skin, so 2-3 times a week is good

If you put a bit of salt in the water, i hear that this helps as well

hope this helped :)
i know it sound odd but if you slice a lemon and apply it onto your face, it will slowly get rid of all your spots, this can take up to 2 weeks but the results are great!! i am so happy now and i have alot more confidence! you can actually feel it helping your skin apply the juice onto your fae before you go to bed and wash off in the morning. (don't put in eyes it hurts ha ha) x
my skin is very oily too and to be honest, the over the counter stuff was rubbish, so I went to the doctors and the pills i'm on really did the trick.
Sudocreme- I know your gonna think 'thats a nappy cream' but it's great on spots, put some on at night before bed and in the morning you'll notice a difference!

I swear by it.
'Freedom' is great and can be purchased from most supermarkets and chemists for around 拢8.
Tea tree oil is very good
