Firstly clean you skin with vinegar





THAN





Try Warming the Honey and rubbing it gently on to your skin


Leave it for a while, the skin will take the nutrition from the honey in to you Skin.

I have psoriasis, which is VERY dry skin patches. I use Eucerin. You can buy it anywhere. it is extra rich and creamy
id say the best cream for that would be cocoa butter its used for many things women who are pregnant even use it to help reduce stretch marks. id suggest trying cocoa butter :)
