Aveeno with oatmeal -- it soothes and helps absorb moisture.
I don't have eczema, but I have a similar condition (genetic) and have been using Bath and Body Works' Lay it on Thick for 2 years. It works great for me.
palms go through a lot of abuse during the day, so I suggest at bedtime, mix Vasaline and water together and apply generously then wear a cotton glove to keep it on your hands. You can also add coconut oil which works very well.
